About me

I blend my passion for reading fiction with professional expertise. I hold certificates for proofreading and copyediting through the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and the College of Media and Publishing (CMP). I am a member of the CIEP and follow the Professional Practice Code laid out by it. I also offer a detailed service agreement, so you will know exactly what you are getting when you hire me.

I’m originally from the USA (the Midwest) and have been living in the UK for ten years. This has given me a unique ability to understand the nuances between American and British English. I’m able to work with either variation.
